Before your first appointment

To evaluate your case accurately and provide a clear plan, it helps greatly to have a complete overview of your medical history.

What to bring / upload

MRI / CT imaging, angiographic studies (when available), physician reports, operative notes, and recent blood work.

Medications & history

A medication list (including doses), allergies, prior conditions/procedures, and a concise description of your symptoms and duration.

What to expect

Clinical evaluation, imaging review, discussion of options, and—when appropriate—a recommendation for surgical or non-surgical strategy.

For short questions or initial contact, you may use the patient contact form. To submit medical records, imaging files (MRI/CT), and comprehensive clinical data, please use the dedicated secure upload portal so your evaluation can be completed safely and reliably.

MRI / CT / Imaging studies (large files – up to GB)

For complete datasets (e.g., DICOM), large imaging folders, and a full medical record. Uploads are handled in a dedicated secure environment with support for very large files.

Common examples: DICOM folders, multiple MRI sequences, CT spine/brain, angiography, or a complete folder of imaging and clinical tests.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I schedule an appointment with the Neuroknife team?

All appointments are scheduled through our fully integrated online booking platform. If you are unable to use the platform, you may contact us by phone. Our in-person clinics are located in Marousi, Athens.

Which documents / studies are needed for the first appointment?
Ideally, please upload as early as possible via the secure upload portal your recent imaging (MRI/CT/angiography), physician reports, and any operative notes, so your consultation time can be used to its full value. If this is not feasible, please bring all relevant files with you on the day of your visit.
Can I have a telemedicine evaluation without traveling to Athens?

Yes. We offer telemedicine-only evaluations, as well as telemedicine as part of a comprehensive care pathway (e.g., initial assessment, second opinion, or preparation before an in-person visit to Athens).

The process is completed through our fully integrated online platform, where you can select a telemedicine appointment and then upload the required files via the secure upload portal. Your session is conducted online and requires internet access and a device with a camera and microphone.

How soon after evaluation can surgery be scheduled?
In urgent situations, scheduling can be arranged immediately. For elective procedures, timing depends on clinical findings, preoperative testing, and operating room availability.
What is the policy for online payment / deposit?
Online payment is required exclusively to reserve a telemedicine appointment booked through our online platform. For in-person office visits, payment may be completed online at the time of scheduling or in person on the day of your visit. For follow-ups or specific medical circumstances, the process is determined at the physician’s discretion.
